General Manager

Our client is a well-established company in the printing industry that is seeking a General Manager for its Tennessee facility. This leadership position oversees a high-volume manufacturing operation and is responsible for plant performance across production, operations, financial results, inventory, customer satisfaction, and team development. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role requires an active presence on the production floor to promote safety, quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability and collaboration. You will have full responsibility for the facility's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and inventory control, while working closely with the sales team to strengthen customer partnerships and support future growth.

The ideal candidate should have at least seven years of manufacturing experience, including a minimum of three years in a plant leadership role. A strong background in manufacturing operations, production planning, ERP systems, inventory control, and performance metrics is essential, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience in printing, converting, or envelope manufacturing is highly desirable.
