About the Role

You will assist customers with digital advertising and social media products, providing high-quality support and helping resolve their queries effectively.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian & English
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
• Good knowledge of social media products and basic digital advertising
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
