本ポジションは、日本市場における担当ポートフォリオの成長をリードするProduct Marketing Managerとして、事業戦略、製品戦略、およびGo-to-Market戦略の立案・実行を担います。

市場分析や顧客インサイトの把握を通じて、新製品導入、価格戦略、ポートフォリオ最適化を推進するとともに、営業、学術、薬事、サプライチェーン、製造、グローバルおよびAPACチームなどの関連部門と連携しながら事業成長に貢献いただきます。

また、チャネルパートナー、担当市場におけるKOLとのパートナーシップを活用し、日本市場におけるブランド価値向上と持続的な成長の実現を推進いただきます。

 

 

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Portfolio Marketing Manager for Dental Solutions Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• 担当ポートフォリオの事業戦略およびマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
• 市場分析、顧客インサイト分析、競合分析の実施
• 新製品導入およびライフサイクルマネジメントの推進
• STP戦略および価格戦略の立案
• 営業組織と連携した販売促進活動の企画・実行
• チャネルパートナー・KOLとの協業によるGo-to-Marketプログラムの推進
• グローバルおよびAPACチームとの連携によるプロジェクト推進
• 売上・利益目標達成に向けた事業レビューおよびアクションプラン策定

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• メーカーにおけるプロダクトマーケティング・事業企画の経験（5年以上）
• 新製品導入または新規事業立ち上げ経験
• 戦略的思考力、分析力、問題解決能力
• クロスファンクショナル環境でのプロジェクト推進経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• ヘルスケア業界、医療機器業界、消費財業界いずれかでの経験
• MBAまたはマーケティング関連学位
• ピープルマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダー経験

Work location: Tokyo, Japan

·       Hybrid (Onsite and Remote): Eligible

 

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
