Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Cambridge Investment Research is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and supporting associates across the organization.

In this role, you will provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work alongside experienced technology professionals, develop technical expertise, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond to technical support requests received via phone, email, and other support channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related technology equipment.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions accurately within support systems.
• Follow established IT support procedures, security protocols, and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams while providing thorough documentation.
• Support associates with various technology needs in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and support skills through training and mentorship.
