Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. This will be a seasonal position from September 2026 - February 2027.
We have the following shifts available: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
What you will do:
- Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
- Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
- Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction

- Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Excel
