As the Assistant Community Manager, you play a key role in the successful operation of Seaview Village Apartments, a 133-unit affordable housing community. In partnership with the Community Manager, you are responsible for supporting daily property operations, providing exceptional resident service, maintaining compliance with affordable housing program requirements, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community.
