Description
As a part of the Platform Operations team, you are responsible for managing the onboarding process for new and existing web & app owners, making sure that everything is set up and met with partners' expectations. You will also working closely with other stakeholders, providing tailored consultation for publishers cross markets.
What You Will Do
- Manage the onboarding process for new and existing web & app owners, including inventory setup, demands activation, ad placement configuration, and quality checks.
- Work hands-on with leading platforms and technologies in the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations to maximize publisher revenue.
- Work closely with the Publisher Engagement and Product teams to provide customized consultation for publishers in each market.
- Research ad tech trends, publisher needs, and emerging technologies (AI, automation,...) to identify potential improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry research, performance benchmarks, and new monetization opportunities.
Who You Are
- Knowledge of digital advertising, including display and programmatic ecosystems.
- (Must Have) Experience with Google Ad Manager, AdMob.
- Logical, data-driven, independent, and a quick learner.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong passion for the work.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, willing to learn, and proactive.
- Knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) or frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js) is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools is an advantage.
