About this opportunity
The Sr InzynierFacility is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction, infrastructure, and technical facility projects that support the organization's operational and business objectives.
The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. The position supports capital investments, facility expansion and modernization initiatives, New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, equipment transfers, and continuous improvement activities requiring facility and infrastructure readiness.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
- Lead construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facility-related projects from concept through implementation and final handover.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Manage project cost, scope, quality, and timeline to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee construction works and technical installations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Review and evaluate technical documentation, project designs, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare technical requirements and support procurement and contractor selection processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire Protection, and Building Code requirements.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement mitigation actions when required.
- Manage project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project changes, including assessment of schedule, budget, and scope impacts.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, analyses, and recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate project workshops, status meetings, and project review sessions.
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional project teams to support international initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between local and global stakeholders.
- Lead business case development, investment justification, ROI evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses for strategic capital investments.
- Provide executive-level stakeholder management and influence strategic decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues that may impact project objectives.
- Serve as the primary advisor to site and regional leadership regarding facility infrastructure strategy, investment decisions, technical compliance, and project risk.
Additional responsibilities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from a facility and infrastructure perspective.
- Develop, review, and update Ramp-Up plans related to new processes, equipment, and operational areas.
- Monitor transfer plans for machinery, equipment, materials, and infrastructure assets.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, IT, Finance, Procurement, and EHS teams.
- Support qualification and validation activities associated with new production areas and technical infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility-related business processes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization initiatives.
- Support energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental improvement projects.
- Coordinate technical inspections, commissioning activities, and handover documentation.
- Own and govern the facility CAPEX project portfolio supporting facility growth, manufacturing expansion, and operational excellence.
- Lead long-term facility infrastructure strategy, investment planning, and roadmap development supporting future manufacturing and business requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Facility Management best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
In this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing technical, construction, infrastructure, or facility projects.
- Experience in Facility Management, manufacturing environments, engineering, or capital project delivery.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience managing CAPEX projects and investment budgets.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
- Experience with transfer, relocation, or NPI projects is considered an advantage.
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment) is an advantage.

- Business case development, ROI modelling, and investment evaluation.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and organizational capability development.
The candidate should have a technical education, experience in infrastructure project management, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment. Practical experience in implementing investment, construction, or facility management projects is also desirable, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Facility Management certifications.
- Training related to construction project management, engineering, or capital investments.
