What Will You Be Doing?
- Monitor Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) readiness.
- Coordinate closing timelines with lenders, title partners, and Area Managers.
- Prepare and distribute final closing documentation and key packages.
- Manage CDs, title/escrow fees, and related expenses.
- Coordinate closing document preparation and RWC paperwork.
- Send inspection reports to lenders by community (bi-weekly; Liz to train team).
- Ensure smooth ownership transfer at closing.
- Act as authorized signers, as scheduled.
- Cash sales w/ Escrow Holdback by Community
- Move Folders, Print emails, update CWS
- Missing CofO’s by Community
- Owner of all Lender Communication; including OSL’s
- Missing Title Work – by community
