Your mission

As a Customer Service Officer at Pierre Fabre SA, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information about Pierre Fabre SA products, services, and policies.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product expertise.

Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic, or healthcare industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
* Strong active listening skills and empathy.
* Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
