The Position

Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

主要职责：

• 执行公司安全规程,遵守并执行公司的质量管理、环保及职业健康安全相关政策；

• 客户沟通及订单的创建、管理，及时准确地处理订单相关的问题。

• 根据客户要求制定交货计划。

• 处理客户投诉。

• 保证及时准确的交货和良好的客户服务，包括但不限于开具发票、提供COQ和跟踪整个交货过程。

• 通过与销售团队沟通管理客户主数据，并在ERP中进行相关维护。

• 在ERP系统中处理销售订单并跟进相关操作，重点监控交货OTIF和发票问题。

• 根据部门要求及时监控和更新系统数据。

• 与其他职能部门（例如销售、财务、工业）紧密合作并协调一致；

• 内部相关的CRM指导。

任职资格：

• 本科以上学历

• 能熟练使用办公软件

• 英语四级及以上，英语水平良好

• 会使用ERP系统 ，具有物流、客户服务、订单管理或供应链方面工作经验；

• 良好的团队合作精神

• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力

• 以客户为导向

• 有责任心

• 细心、严谨
