Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders across Property, Hospitality, Healthcare, Corporate Services, and other business functions
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI and automation opportunities
- Understand business challenges, pain points, and operational workflows
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Develop future-state processes leveraging AI and automation technologies
- Recommend appropriate solutions using Microsoft AI platforms
- Create business cases, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and user enablement workshops
- Support AI governance and best-practice adoption
- Measure solution effectiveness and business outcomes
- Help drive organization-wide AI literacy and innovation culture
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, and technology partners
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and rollout activities
Requirement:
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical Consultant, or related role
- Proven experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects
- Strong understanding of business workflows and operational processes
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini / Notebook LM and related AI Technology
- Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Chatbot, or Automation Projects
- Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or AI use-case development
- Experience in Low-code/no-code solutions
