As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with clients to offer expert guidance on intricate enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. This role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities to optimize technology expenditures, and uncovering value drivers that align with business objectives. The advisor also focuses on creating and deploying innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients receive cutting-edge and effective technology strategies to support their growth and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technology strategies with business goals.
- Support the development and refinement of best practices and methodologies for enterprise platform advisory services.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise environments and recommend appropriate technology platforms.
- Experience in evaluating technology cost structures and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive business value.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to work collaboratively within teams and contribute to strategic discussions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
