Your Responsibilities
- Content & Advertisement Moderation: Review user-generated content and online advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Trust & Safety Operations: Monitor digital content to maintain a safe online environment and detect potentially harmful or policy-violating content.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Identify and remove content that violates internal guidelines and escalate high-risk cases to the appropriate teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.
Please Note: This role involves reviewing sensitive content, which may include scenes of violence or disturbing material.
What We're Looking For
- Language Skills: Spanish (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make accurate decisions based on detailed guidelines.
- Resilience & Professionalism: Comfortable working with sensitive online content while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Working Schedule
- Rotational Shifts: 24/7 operation (00:00 – 00:00), Monday to Sunday.
- Structure: 5 working days per week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week).
- Work Model: On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site training required).
