The Vice President of Product will lead the product strategy and execution for our company, focusing on pre-tax commuter and parking benefits solutions and online recognition platforms. This role is critical in driving product innovation, enhancing user experience, and maximizing value for our customers in the SaaS industry.

Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead product innovation initiatives and ensure the timely delivery of product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service teams for cohesive product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
- Utilize customer feedback and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing iterations.
- Drive the strategy for developing SaaS products aimed at enhancing commuter and employee recognition experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of product offerings.
- Ensure that product development adheres to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, preferably within the SaaS sector.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries
- May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain
