Job Title: Graphic Designer
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to efficiently produce, edit, and manage a variety of documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and editing a variety of documents and presentations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and incorporating visual elements such as tables, images, and infographics. They will also create tables and visual charts, including pie charts, bar graphs, and line graphs.
- Edit, combine, and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro, including tasks such as extracting content, converting PDFs to Word or PowerPoint, and updating existing PDFs.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, well-formatted, and free of grammatical or spelling errors.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a quick turnaround time, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, review drafts, and ensure timely delivery of documents.
- Maintain organized records of all project files and document versions.
- Assist with other administrative or document-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum college education or equivalent experience.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF
- Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong Verbal and Written English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in French an asset
