Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit in Memphis, Tennessee.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide direct patient care for adult Medical Surgical Telemetry patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care each shift
• Coordinate care using a multidisciplinary team approach
• Perform nursing procedures within the Medical Surgical Telemetry specialty
• Supervise delegated patient care activities while promoting safe, high-quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the medical record
• Support quality patient care, resource management, and unit operations
COMPENSATION
• Competitive Salary + Up to $20K Sign-On
• Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Based on Eligibility)

Requirements
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing REQUIRED
• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse License (or Eligibility) REQUIRED
• BLS Certification REQUIRED Upon Hire
• ACLS Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire
• CPI Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire
• PALS Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire
• Minimum One Year RN Experience Preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred
• Strong Medical Surgical Telemetry Clinical Skills
