As a Warehouse and Logistics associate we handle the supply chain. From incoming goods receipt and storage and final product shipments, supporting our production teams to make life changing medicine.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. This role is on a rotating shift including days and night and weekends more details available.

What you will do
Performing activities related to goods receipt, labelling, storage and general inventory management within a validated GMP inventory management system (SAP)
Incoming patient material handling and receipt (Apheresis/Leukopak/etc.) and ensuring accurate record of chain of identity
Performing final product commercial packing and shipping activities and samples shipments following good distribution practices and GMP compliance
Completion and review of GMP documentation ensuring
Use of GMP systems daily to complete activities
Use and maintenance of equipment such as large gas supplies, lift trucks and dry shippers etc.
Working with a dynamic site with opportunities for cross functional activities
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while promptly reporting deviations, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
What we are looking for
Technical education or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in science or logistics.
Entry-level experience (0–4 years) in manufacturing, science, logistics, or a related environment.
Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
