Data Advisory & Insights Specialist - Conversational Analytics (AI)

The Position

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Assists in building Conversational Analytics solutions.
• Accountability/Problem Solving: Addresses well-defined business problems using data. Performs routine data analysis and visualization tasks.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal teams to gather data requirements and context. Presents findings primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Impact/Strategy: Contributes to small-scale projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Complexity / (Product Size): Participates in the development of PoCs for larger analysis projects.
• Business / Technical ability: Applies basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Demonstrates a growing understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques and conversational analytics.

• Entry level background with an eagerness to develop foundational analytical skills and understand business contexts.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in assisting with data collection, conducting preliminary analysis, and preparing reports and presentations under guidance.
• Willingness to learn how to translate complex data into actionable business language aimed at improving decision-making.

• Basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques to address well-defined business problems.
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts like Conversational analytics, "Talk to your Data", LLMs, MCP servers, Agentic AI.

• Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to gather data requirements and present findings.
• Communicative English - as we work in global teams, English is our primary language.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 90’300.00 PLN - 167’700.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 10% subject to both individual and company performance.
