Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. Your role involves ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain protection, compliance, and operational resilience. You will engage with various stakeholders to monitor security operations and respond to evolving threats, contributing to a secure and stable infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture and address vulnerabilities.
- Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Document and communicate security findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of new security tools and technologies to improve service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- Strong knowledge of security monitoring, incident detection, and response processes.
- Experience with log management, event correlation, and threat intelligence integration.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to managed services.
- Ability to analyze security data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Proficient in configuring and tuning SIEM tools to optimize detection capabilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
