THE JOB:
Step into the action as a Maintenance Engineer at ARIA, where innovation, sophistication, and cutting-edge design come together at one of the most technologically advanced resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain and repair critical building systems, support daily operations, and ensure guest rooms and public spaces remain safe, comfortable, and operating at peak performance.
From ARIA’s sleek architectural design to its expansive casino, dining, and entertainment venues, your work behind the scenes plays a vital role in delivering the seamless, elevated experience our guests expect from a world-class destination.
THE STARTING RATE: $38.14 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Maintain and repair all mechanical equipment, including boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, generators, and equipment powered by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water, or other energy sources
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic)
- Complete work orders
- Perform daily route walks and make necessary repairs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools, including Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Compound Gauges and Pressure Gauges
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacture maintenance guidelines
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
