This role oversees accounting operations, financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end closing, audit coordination, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations while maintaining strong financial governance and internal controls while supporting business growth within the FMCG and General Trade distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger management, month end and year end closing, and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial record accuracy.
• Manage tax compliance, tax reporting, and statutory submissions while coordinating with external tax consultants and authorities when required.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Strengthen accounting governance, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop team capability and ensure consistent execution of accounting and tax processes across all business entities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
• Experience handling multi entity financial reporting is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
