A growing, independent, non-profit medical center in Middle Tennessee is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Financial Services to lead a high-performing Revenue Cycle team.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for Patient Financial Services operations
- Oversee billing, patient accounting, collections, denials, reimbursement, and accounts receivable
- Improve cash collections, denial performance, clean claim rates, and overall revenue cycle KPIs
- Develop and mentor leaders while building an engaged, accountable culture
- Partner with executive leadership to improve operational and financial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Current or recent experience utilizing the Epic EHR in an acute care hospital is required
- 8+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle/Patient Financial Services experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing, denials, reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle operations
