A firm with over 100 years in the market and 700 attorneys across the country is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate in Chicago. The work spans acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development. The clients are institutional. The deals are real.

What you will be doing:
- Representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, loan documents, leases and easements
- Managing title and survey review, due diligence and transaction closings
- Handling office, retail, industrial and mixed use leasing matters
- Supporting financing transactions involving lenders, borrowers and institutional investors
- Managing multiple complex matters at the same time
What you need to bring:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Active Illinois State Bar membership in good standing
- Three to six years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- At least two years of law firm experience
- Experience handling closings, title review and commercial leasing
