Job Role:

The Resource will be responsible for FPNA & Management Reporting within the organisation.

What you'll be responsible for

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for TMICC
• Partner with business stakeholders to align financial plans with strategic objectives
• Analyze variances between actuals vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
• Build and maintain robust financial models

2. Management Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management reports
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports highlighting key KPIs
• Ensure timely, accurate, and standardized reporting across TMICC units
• Support executive reviews with clear financial narratives and insights

3. Performance Analysis

• Track and evaluate financial and operational performance
• Conduct margin analysis, cost optimization, and profitability reviews
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
• Benchmark TMICC performance against internal and external metrics

4. Business Partnering

• Act as a finance business partner to TMICC leadership
• Provide decision support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and treasury teams (if applicable)
• Drive financial discipline and accountability across teams

5. Process Improvement & Automation

• Enhance reporting processes through automation and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Standardize templates, reporting frameworks, and processes
• Improve data quality, governance, and reporting efficiency

6. Governance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with group policies, financial controls, and reporting standards
• Support audit requirements and internal control processes
• Maintain transparency and integrity in financial reporting

Key Deliverables

• Monthly MIS packs and performance dashboards
• Budget & forecast models
• Variance analysis reports
• Executive summaries with actionable insights
• KPI tracking frameworks

We're looking for someone who

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA or equivalent
• 8–15 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or corporate finance
• Experience in large organizations / shared services / international operations preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Expertise in management reporting and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience managing multi-entity or global reporting environments
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Background in process transformation or automation initiatives
