Job Description:
This job is responsible for capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions. Job expectations include collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories.
This job is responsible for creating change tickets and support end to end release work per enterprise change standards.
Key responsibilities include reading the sharepoint data entered by developers and convert into remedy or service now tickets for the integrated, independent or ad-hoc releases.
The Change Coordinator will be responsible for all pre and post release activities, communication, and coordination.
This role will be accountable for below
Primary point of contact for all activities involved to plan production deployment
Work in conjunction with developers, testers and enterprise release team to create Change tickets in Remedy or Service Now tool
Prepare and present Release manifest to senior leadership.
Track all release level tasks and communicate progress to the stakeholders
Conduct Retrospectives for all releases and follow up on any required action.
Familiar with JIRA tool, Matter most, Excel, Sharepoint
Assess potential lower-level and production environment risks and make detailed decisions that impact the environments stability for customers
Review change request details, perform Copilot-assisted QA reviews of CRQ intake requests and align with audit regulations and best practices to meet ECM submissions
Responsibilities:
Understands stakeholders need to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
Supports cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy
Gathers and catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
Identifies the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assists with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design
Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
Documents processes, procedures and workflows for technology as needed
Required Qualifications:
5+years of experience in software development projects
Remedy and Service Now tool knowledge
Strong on collaborating with various roles
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge on AI tools like Copilot-Chat or GitHub Copilot, good ability to write prompts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates
