Start your automotive technician career with Larson Cadillac. Receive paid training, work alongside experienced technicians, and build the skills needed to become a full flat-rate technician in a high-volume luxury dealership. 

This is a full-time position where you will start with maintenance work and receive hands-on training to grow into a full technician role. This is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections 
• Train on premium Cadillac vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work 
• Learn how to identify mechanical and electrical issues 
• Consistent workflow in a high-volume Cadillac service department 
• Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with others. 
• Basic computer skills. 
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.
