Pay: $20 - $21/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential
Shift: Wed-Sat - 4PM - 2:30AM
Serve as the primary point of contact for truck drivers, customers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure the accurate and timely movement of inbound and outbound freight. This role supports daily warehouse operations by checking in drivers, verifying shipping documentation, coordinating appointments, and partnering with warehouse leadership to ensure freight is ready for scheduled pickup and delivery.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and check in truck drivers upon arrival.
Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), appointments, and shipping paperwork for accuracy.
Schedule and confirm inbound and outbound appointments with carriers.
Coordinate with warehouse leadership to ensure shipments are ready for pickup and delivery.
Process customer orders, shipping transactions, and related documentation.
Respond to customer and carrier inquiries regarding shipment status and scheduling.
Research and resolve shipping and documentation discrepancies with Operations and Inventory teams.
Maintain organized and accurate shipping records and customer documentation.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Inventory Control and Operations to investigate inventory discrepancies, misplaced product, and shipment variances.
Maintain clear communication with warehouse leadership regarding appointment schedules, shipment priorities, and customer needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required
Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
