Join a dynamic and customer-focused team where you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Team and Product Manager to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. This position is responsible for coordinating project and sales activities, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects and customer orders. Through accurate reporting, data management, process administration, and auditing, you will help drive operational excellence, support business growth, and contribute to a seamless customer experience

What you’ll do

• Project & Sales Support: Provide project coordination and administrative support to Sales and Product Management, managing enquiries, orders, stock levels, pricing, and ensuring on-time project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, supporting professional communications, reporting, and customer updates.
• Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate and accessible project, RFQ, product, and market documentation, including specifications, feedback, and research.
• Order & Product Administration: Oversee sales order variations and tracking, while managing product libraries, technical documents, drawings, datasheets, and vendor pricing.
• Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across teams to meet project milestones, support customer reporting and meeting outcomes, and assist with issue resolution and corrective actions.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in project and sales administration, particularly managing CRM databases.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and write routine reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of SAP C4S or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in the mining or industrial equipment sector.
• Familiarity with product catalogues, datasheets, and tender documentation.
  Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
