Job Summary:This roles involve providing excellent guest service while efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing products. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate inventory records, addressing discrepancies in vendor deliveries, and ensuring a professional work environment. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety and environmental practices, as well as effective communication and teamwork with colleagues.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Early November 2026 - Mid March 2027Pay: $19.25/hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Ensures warehousing activities are filtered through the lens of sustainability in achieving our mission of “Legendary Hospitality with a Softer Footprint.”
- Communicate with others in a positive manner to understand needs, anticipate and resolve challenges, ensure internal customer satisfaction, and execute all services to meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and positive professional relationships with all co-workers and supervisors including regional Operations management, kitchen managers, storekeepers, bar managers, etc..
- Lead and develop the skills of warehouse employees to achieve high efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare work schedule of team members.
- Handle, distribute, communicate and file all documents necessary to support proper accounting of warehouse transactions.
- Establish and maintain an efficient warehouse layout and suggest modifications as necessary. Utilize BIN system and make BIN adjustments timely and as necessary.
- Ensure products are stored and handled in accordance with ServSafe and Health Inspection guidelines. This includes rotating all products to represent a First In-Fist out philosophy of product usage.
- Utilize Cloudsuite inventory system to accurately and quickly record and track inventory transactions.
- Execute the timely physical and systematic receiving of all incoming shipments. This includes the accurate verification of quantity received compared to the vendor invoice or packing slip and inspection of products for quality and expiration dates.
- Ensure all customer requisitions are filled and delivered accurately and timely.
- Execute the monthly Physical Inventory and ensure cycle counts are performed on a daily basis. Make any necessary inventory adjustments in a timely manner to ensure the accurate maintenance of perpetual inventory system.
- Rotate all products to represent a First In-First Out philosophy of inventory usage.
- Immediately communicate to Parkwide Warehousing and Purchasing team if any challenges to the operation are discovered or anticipated.
- Inspect, maintain, service, and use all warehouse and delivery equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Keep the warehouse and warehouse dock clean and well organized.
- Maintain, project, and enforce a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Abide by and uphold defined uniform standards.
- Follow and enforce Company and departmental safety practices to minimize risk to self and others.
- Follow and enforce all applicable Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong people and function leadership skills.
- Previous warehouse experience and operational knowledge required.
- Team mentality and customer service-oriented attitude required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes.
- Experience using a computer-based inventory management system. Cloudsuite experience preferred.
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack or forklift. Training will be provided.
- Have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Capable of bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to organize and prioritize your daily routine.
- Ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
- Experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
- Knowledge of company structure and policies helpful.
- Experience with CloudSuite.
- Inventory management experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting preferred.
- Demonstrated Food & Beverage background preferred
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for at least 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to work at elevations of more than 7700 feet.
