Manager- Account Management

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs
Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget
Supports Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration
Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service.
May research new market trends to incorporate into planning.
Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for OOH campaigns.

• Understand client objectives and translate briefs into effective OOH media and communication solutions.

• Drive end-to-end campaign management, from briefing and planning to execution and post-campaign reporting.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality campaign execution.

• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive account growth.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.

• Participate in pitches, RFPs and business proposals, developing compelling OOH-led solutions.

• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies and key industry stakeholders.

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across OOH, DOOH, transit, retail and experiential solutions.

• Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging OOH opportunities to support business growth.

OOH Planning & Solutioning

• Develop innovative and impactful OOH solutions aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences and budgets.

• Work with media planning, buying and operations teams to develop strategic site and inventory recommendations.

• Explore opportunities across traditional OOH, DOOH, transit, airport, retail and experiential media.

• Ensure campaigns are executed as per agreed timelines, specifications and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in OOH, media, advertising, client servicing or business development.

• Strong understanding of the OOH media ecosystem.

• Experience managing large client accounts and end-to-end campaigns.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

• Excellent client management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across internal teams, media partners and vendors.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on revenue and client satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, market visits and campaign execution, as required.
