About the role
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Solutions Engineer to design, implement and optimise Atlassian solutions based on client requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ relevant experience, strong client-facing skills and, preferably, Atlassian certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customise and implement Atlassian solutions.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical support and advice to the sales team during client engagements.
- Recommend appropriate Atlassian products and solutions based on client needs.
- Optimise existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Provide user training and support.
- Stay up to date with Atlassian products, trends and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior developers and engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working with Atlassian solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Experience with configuration, customisation and implementation.
- Strong client engagement and requirements-gathering skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Atlassian certification highly advantageous.
