Our product portfolio includes FreeStyle Libre, a system that is revolutionising how people with diabetes around the world monitor their glucose levels. We are passionate about doing work that improves the quality of people's lives.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality team as a QA Associate, Calibration, supporting our wider quality team in ensuring compliance to site and divisional policies and procedures. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Main Responsibilities

  • Process calibration requests and coordinate calibration activities to ensure equipment remains compliant and available for use.

  • Perform calibrations, scheduling and performing internal and external calibration requirements to the correct standard, accuracy, and frequency.

  • Oversee calibration records ensuring these are maintained and accurate.

  • Manage equipment inventory and asset records, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with site requirements.

  • Support system activities (Maximo), including asset creation, and schedules.

  • Process calibration requests and coordinate calibration activities, including arranging offsite calibrations, shipping assets to external service providers, and ensuring their timely return.

  • Raise purchase orders for calibration and maintenance services and support the administration of external vendor activities.

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have a minimum of secondary level education (to include English and Maths), and ideally bring experience in a similar role, or quality based environment.

Preference is given to those with prior calibration experience, ideally from a Laboratory environment. Good IT skills are required for this role along with strong written and oral skills to help generate clear and legible documentation and understand technical information.

Some of your work will involve cross-functional teams, so you’ll also need the communication and inter-personal skills to be able to build relationships with colleagues in various departments across the business.

As you’d expect from an innovative global health care company, we offer a competitive range of benefits including excellent salaries, a class-leading defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, subsidized canteen and a flexible benefits scheme.
