Meet the Moment with Alteryx
We're living through a once-in-a-generation shift in how work gets done. Data, automation, and AI are quickly becoming the center of every business decision - and Alteryx is leading the transformation.
You'll be working on the challenges that sit at the heart of modern business. No matter your role, the work you do will help organizations move faster, see more clearly, and tackle questions that used to feel impossible.
If you're ready to meet the moment with innovation, curiosity, and excellence, there's a place for you here.
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Professional to elevate the effectiveness of our Solution Engineering audience and strengthen alignment across the broader Go-To-Market organization. This person will partner closely with Solution Engineering leaders, field teams, Product Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into practical, scalable enablement experiences.
The role will design and execute end-to-end programs that help Solution Engineers connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes, lead effective discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, navigate technical validation, and partner effectively with Account Executives throughout the customer journey.
The ideal candidate brings technical curiosity, strong learning and program-design expertise, and the ability to earn credibility with a highly skilled technical audience. They thrive in a collaborative, hard-working culture, remain steady under pressure, and approach challenges with creativity, authenticity, accountability, and room for humor along the way.
Core Responsibilities
1. Solution Engineering Enablement Strategy & Program Design
Audience and Needs Analysis: Partner with Solution Engineering leaders and field stakeholders to identify capability gaps, readiness priorities, and regional or role-specific needs.
Role-Based Learning Journeys: Design onboarding and continuous-learning programs that balance product knowledge, technical depth, customer context, business value, and field application.
Program Planning: Create clear enablement plans with defined outcomes, milestones, stakeholder roles, reinforcement, and measures of success.
2. Readiness, Facilitation & Capability Development
Applied Learning Experiences: Design and lead virtual and live workshops, technical labs, practice sessions, role-plays, and readiness events that prioritize hands-on application.
Coaching & Feedback: Coach Solution Engineers on discovery, technical storytelling, demonstration delivery, whiteboarding, value articulation, objection handling, and technical validation conversations.
Readiness & Certification: Develop scenario-based readiness checks and certification approaches that validate both technical knowledge and customer-facing application.
Leader Reinforcement: Equip Solution Engineering managers with tools and guidance to reinforce skills, observe performance, and support ongoing development.
3. Enablement Content & Technical Storytelling
Technical Content Translation: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts to translate capabilities in generative AI, automation, analytics, and data workflows into cohesive field-ready learning and messaging.
Enablement Asset Development: Create and curate practical resources such as discovery guides, demo frameworks, technical talk tracks, playbooks, customer scenarios, competitive guidance, and manager reinforcement tools.
4. Operations, Partnership & Continuous Improvement
Program Management: Manage multiple enablement initiatives, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Impact Measurement: Use readiness data, skill observations, stakeholder feedback, and relevant business indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and guide improvement.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Strengthen collaboration between Solution Engineers and Account Executives by aligning enablement to shared customer conversations, sales motions, and business outcomes.
Content Ecosystem Management: Help maintain an organized, accurate, and accessible enablement environment so technical audiences can quickly find and apply the right resources.
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in revenue enablement, technical enablement, sales training, learning program development, Solution Engineering, or technical pre-sales in a fast-paced technology environment.
Demonstrated success designing and delivering enablement for Solution Engineers, Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, or a comparable technical customer-facing audience.
Strong understanding of technical discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, proof-of-value or technical validation motions, and Account Executive-Solution Engineer collaboration.
Ability to build practical, scalable learning experiences that move from knowledge acquisition to practice, application, reinforcement, and measurable readiness.
Strong presence with the ability to engage technical audiences, lead interactive sessions, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and translate them into clear, relevant, customer-centered stories and enablement materials.
Project Management: Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a changing environment.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms, learning management systems, virtual facilitation tools, and video or media tools.
