IT Systems Analyst

Position Summary

Sanhua is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support and optimize business systems, infrastructure, and technology solutions across North America. This role serves as a key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The IT System Engineer deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots core business applications (Office Automation, CRM system, SAP B1, Integration platform), with a focus on SAP including application servers, endpoints, and databases.

Major Job Responsibilities
 

• Interprets data, analyzes results using SQL query or BI tool techniques and provides ongoing status reports;
• Develops, analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow;
• Manages the set-up and configuration of systems (Office Automation, CRM system, SAP B1, Integration platform);
• Defines and coordinates the execution of testing procedures, and develops test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process;
• Provides documentation of all analyst, configuration and development work;
• Develops and implements maintenance procedures, monitors systems health, gathers system statistics, and troubleshoots reported errors and alerts;
• Performs design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs;

Implements best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Professional Background: Proven, adaptable IT system engineer who can work in a dynamic, growing organization and global, cross-cultural environment.  

Work Experience: 5 years’ related experience; Experience implementing a core business system is a plus.

Knowledge/ Skills:

• ERP/Database/CRM/Automation system implementation, configuration and development;  

• Scripting languages i.e., python/SQL/Java;                                               
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data and software issues;
• Solid time management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Proficient written and verbal skills in English)
• Accounting knowledge is preferred.
