About the role
JTX is Jito's consumer trading app on Solana. It launched in July 2026 and is Jito’s first consumer product. As our growth marketer, you own the measurable side of how users find, activate, and stay with JTX: paid acquisition, lifecycle and email, and the experimentation program that ties them together.
Our marketing team is exceptional with brand, creative, social and events. You will own the other half, the performance side: acquisition channels and their budgets, lifecycle email, attribution and tracking, and the numbers that tell us which spend is working. The team gets people interested; you make sure we know who actually funds a wallet, places a first trade and keeps trading, what it cost to get them there, and what to do more or less of next. You won't make the creative, but your readouts will shape what gets made.
Existing systems are in place but need an experienced owner. The first task is assuming responsibility for all existing systems (customer.io, semrush, etc.). The second immediate task is building more robust measurement layer that captures all current efforts, including referral programs and content creators. You will be the most senior analytical marketer here, working hand in hand with our Head of Marketing on strategy and with our creative and content leads on messaging, bringing the rigor and operational discipline that turns great creative into measurable results.
