As a Vendor & Partnership Intern, you will support the team in managing vendor relationships and partnership activities, while gaining hands-on experience in coordination, documentation, and operational processes—especially within events, venues, and production-related projects.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
- Conduct research to identify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
- Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.
- Previous internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.
- Ability to create simple proposals or presentations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to work from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
