Key Responsibilities
Keep the Pipeline Moving
- Schedule patients immediately after every referral comes in
- Confirm scheduling is happening consistently across all providers
Guard the Calendars
- Monitor therapist calendars to ensure adequate open slots stay available
- Follow up with therapists whose open availability is running thin
Add Capacity
- Support the hiring of additional providers when more capacity is needed
Qualifications
- Scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required
