Mission:
As a member of the validation team, the Validation Engineer is responsible for supporting product validation planning and coordinating DV/PV test activities for assigned product development projects. This role ensures timely DV/PV deliverables, supports validation execution, and contributes to overall product performance evaluation. 作为验证团队成员，验证工程师负责支持指定产品开发项目的验证计划制定，并协调 DV/PV 测试活动。该岗位确保 DV/PV 相关交付按计划完成，支持验证执行，并参与整体产品性能评估。
Position Responsibility:
- Work with project team to define test scope based on requirements and specifications (internal, external, customer etc.), DFMEA, PFMEA, robustness analysis, etc. 与项目团队合作，基于内部、外部和客户需求、DFMEA、PFMEA、稳健性分析等，规划测试范围。
- Work with project team to generate detailed test plan and DVP for each project. 与项目团队合作，为每个项目制定详细测试计划和DVP。
- Prepare accessory tools before test, diagnostic tool, load simulation, fixture, harness etc. 测试前准备辅助工具，包括诊断工具、负载模拟、工装夹具、线束等。
- Training the internal and external lab staff about product setup, test monitor etc. 培训内部和外部实验室人员进行产品搭建和测试监控。
- Onsite supervise test execution ensure the right method, setup used; 现场监督测试执行，确保使用正确的方法和搭建；
- Troubleshoot blocking issues during testing. 排查并解决测试过程中的阻塞问题。
- Work with project team in case of failure analysis. 当测试失败发生时，与项目团队合作开展失效分析。
- Save all the relative document of test and summary LL/8D after validation finish. 验证完成后保存所有相关测试文档，并总结经验教训/8D。
- Deliver internal and external testing documents, including DVP&R and result summaries. 交付内部和外部测试文件，包括DVP&R和结果总结。
- Follow company standards and procedures, especially DV/PV process standards. 遵循公司标准和流程，特别是DV/PV流程标准。
- Work with the project team to manage the testing timeline. 与项目团队合作管理测试时间计划。
- Drive and coordinate internal and external laboratory resources within a short validation timeframe. 在紧凑的验证周期内推动并协调内部和外部实验室资源。
- Support cost estimation, PR, and payment workflow for testing activities. 支持测试活动的成本估算、采购申请和付款流程。
- Use management tools to follow up issues, save documents, and create topics, such as PLM, JIRA, Confluence, etc. 使用PLM、JIRA、Confluence等管理工具跟踪问题、保存文件并创建议题。
- Support new project RFQ activities. 支持新项目RFQ工作。
Position requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Diploma: College or above in electronics engineering or related 学历: 电子类专业大专或以上。
- Working Experience: 2-3 years or above in validation, testing, electronics, or automotive electronics related. 工作经验：2-3年以上验证、测试、电子或汽车电子相关经验。
- Language: Native Chinese, fluent English (CET-4). 语言: 母语为汉语，英语(CET-4) 。
- Knowledge of electronics, electrical products, and embedded system validation. 具备电子、电气产品和嵌入式系统验证知识。
- Good knowledge of parameter testing, electrical testing, EMC, environmental testing, material testing, etc. 熟悉参数测试、电气测试、EMC、环境测试、材料测试等。
- Familiar with test standards, such as ISO, IEC, CISPR, GB, Ford, GM, VW, etc. 熟悉ISO、IEC、CISPR、GB、Ford、GM、VW等测试标准。
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and highly sensitive to testing quality and compliance. 严谨细致，对测试质量和合规性具有较高敏感度。
- Good experience with CAN tools, such as CANoe / CANalyzer. 具备CANoe / CANalyzer等CAN工具使用经验。
- Good teamwork capability and communication skills. 具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力。
- High sense of responsibility. 具有较强责任心。
- ADAS sensors and RF experience is a plus. 具备ADAS传感器和RF经验者优先。
