What you’ll do
The Project Coordinator supports cross-functional project execution by coordinating documentation, schedules, procurement, and on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with safety, quality, and budget expectations.
Prepare AFE documentation and maintain organized, up-to-date project files.
Update project schedules, monitor timelines, and coordinate shutdown execution plans.
Prepare purchase requisitions, follow up with vendors, and track procurement activities.
Serve as a key liaison between project, production, QA/QC, maintenance, and procurement teams.
Support plant visits, document observations, and ensure contractor safety records are complete.
Who we’re looking for
Relevant formal education, certification, or qualification in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience coordinating projects within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, and document management tools.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities effectively.
You’ll also need
Ability to track project budgets, actual costs, and committed spend to support monthly reviews.
Support cost-saving analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate for contractor onboarding and maintain required compliance documentation.
Maintain procurement and scheduling trackers to support project visibility and follow-up.
Help ensure safety protocols are followed during shutdown and commissioning activities.
