Description
Well-funded, fast-growing infrastructure technology company (Series C) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their VP of Sales and Head of Talent. This is a great opportunity to partner with two senior, high-energy leaders who move fast and prize speed and adaptability above almost everything else. In this role, you'll own calendar management for both executives, help manage inbox triage and scheduling, and coordinate frequent travel, especially for the VP of Sales, who travels regularly and often needs plans turned around on short notice. You'll also handle a high volume of both external and internal scheduling as the team continues to scale. Someone who is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the instinct to anticipate needs before being asked. Given the level of trust and access involved, discretion is essential. This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in office with flexibility to work from home, based in San Francisco. 150-180K DOE + equity, 401K, unlimited PTO, and a great team culture with an onsite chef.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars for two senior executives, prioritizing effectively amid heavy external and internal meeting volume.
- Provide inbox support and triage for both executives, with particular focus on staying ahead of a high volume of external email.
- Coordinate frequent domestic travel, especially for the VP of Sales, who travels at least every other week and often on short notice.
- Support scheduling across a high volume of external meetings alongside a large number of internal direct-report meetings.
- Act as a trusted, discreet partner given regular exposure to sensitive HR, recruiting, and sales conversations.
- Anticipate needs proactively rather than waiting to be asked, staying a step ahead of both executives' days.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Highly communicative with a fast, reliable speed of response.
- Proactive and resourceful, comfortable figuring things out without knowing all the answers upfront.
- High level of discretion and trust, given regular exposure to sensitive business conversations.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities with composure.
- Proficient with standard workplace and productivity tools (Slack, Google Workspace); familiarity with a CRM or ATS is a plus.
