About the role

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director, the Senior Director of Public Relations & Marketing will provide strategic leadership for all Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Content, Social Media, Partnerships, and Brand activity across Resorts of Thailand- Four Seasons Chiang Mai, Four Seasons KOH Samui and Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle. 

What you will do:

• Responsible for the development and execution of an annual strategic PR, Digital, Social Media and Marketing Communications plan that supports business goals and promotes programming, experiences and offerings of the three assigned Hotels.

• Understand the Hotels’ marketplace, key consumer trends and competitive landscape to devise data-led PR and Marketing Communications strategies that drive competitive edge and market share gains for the assigned Hotels.

• Act as a subject matter expert to enable insight-led decision-making, create impactful integration, and develop messaging and storytelling opportunities within the assigned Hotels. 

• Partner with key business stakeholders and department heads to forge alliances and establish a seamless consumer experience supported by all functions. 

• Management of Crisis Communications

• Overall Reputation Management for the portfolio and Brand

• Responsible for adherence of company brand standards across all properties

What you bring:

• Depth of experience in Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Paid Social campaign deployment and analytics and Marketing Communications

• University degree (Bachelor minimum)

• 12+ years of experience in related fields. Prior resort experience shall be an added advantage

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time position

• Primarily daytime business hours with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support events, media functions, and operational needs.
