Job Description:

Note: This is a tipped position. Pay is the NYS minimum for tipped employees ($10.70/hr. plus $5.30/hr. tip credit when applicable) plus tips.

At Amore Italian Restaurant & Lounge our team of servers provides excellent service by taking and delivering orders, supporting the Front of House team and completing any other tasks necessary to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience. In addition, servers assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.

What will I do?

• Provide excellent service by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere at every table
• Serve guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner when maintaining tables, placing orders and collecting payments
• Provide guests with a reason to return to the restaurant by building rapport

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a restaurant
• Basic knowledge of food and wine
