Manager- SAP & Integration will be responsible for the delivery of the business platform change initiatives in the SAP arena. Should handle CTF role for SAP BTP platform in TMICC. Working closely with the vendor partners, ensuring project timelines are met, TMICC standards are followed, Design standards are adhered, Deliverables are transitioned to BAU etc.

Should drive the delivery of key strategic programs like S4 HANA Implementation, upgrades, migrations and other capabilities supporting TMICC Digital Core ambitions. He / she will be responsible for SAP Technology activities. His/her primary objective is to ensure resilience and business continuity and keep up the system performance as per business standards

What you'll be responsible for

Integration Suite

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration teams, including code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance.
• Define integration architecture (API Management, Cloud Integration) and manage technical team deliverables.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of integrations, from requirement gathering to design, development, and post-go-live support.
• Provide deep expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and OData/SOAP/IDoc connectivity.
•  Establish naming conventions, design guidelines, and ensure security standards (e.g., OAuth, XSUAA).
• Ensure adherence to development standards, Clean Core principles, security requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Proactively identify technical risks, cross system dependencies, and integration challenges, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Integration development standards, frameworks, and delivery methods.

SAP CTF

• Define and enforce the DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices for SAP BTP development and operations across the enterprise.
• Own the end-to-end vision and strategic roadmap for the SAP BTP ensuring its capabilities are fully leveraged and aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with SAP Product Team and Act as the Product Owner for the platform, managing the backlog, prioritizing key features and solutions, and formally tracking it.
• Identify the Services required for fulfilling the business/Technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end technical architectures for complex solutions utilizing SAP BTP
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles for BTP services
• Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to development and operations teams on BTP best practices, performance tuning, and optimal service consumption.
• Manage the BTP landscape setup, configuration, and security, ensuring compliance with organizational governance and standards.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, manage technical debt, and advise on BTP licensing/cost optimization for services consumed
• Also responsible for issue resolution and BAU operations for interfaces.
   

We're looking for someone who

• Minimum10+ years of experience in enterprise integration and SAP Basis
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and API Management.
• Proficient in SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, and JDBC adapters.
• Proficiency in Groovy Scripting or JavaScript
• Experience with SAP Cloud Connector Archtecture & on-premise connectivity.
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures
• Experience in people management, including performance reviews and career development planning.
• Broad understanding of SAP products in a Global Environment/ context
• Broad knowledge of Global SAP infrastructure requirements (including. storage, network, servers, tooling, capacity management & planning)
• Broad knowledge of SAP Landscape management (System refreshes and release cycles) and main Associated Technologies / Applications (one or more of these applications)
• Strong SAP Basis Skills & Experience
