This position is responsible for the operational management and coordination of assigned customer projects. Working from the TAM-owned delivery plan and forecast, the Delivery Operations Specialist maintains project plans, financial forecasts, schedules, resource forecasts, risks, deliverables, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Working alongside Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads, the Specialist drives project controls, governance, financial accuracy, data integrity, and delivery predictability.
This delivery operations specialist needs a passion for project management and customer delivery to develop expertise in project execution, financial management, customer engagement, governance, and operational leadership.
