### About this opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our scrum team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role is central to building scalable, high-quality solutions within our CRM platform and requires collaboration across teams to translate business needs into effective technical outcomes.

## What you will do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Build custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools; optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead technical discussions and support the growth of less experienced developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with external applications and enterprise data sources using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and related technologies.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven capabilities within Salesforce where appropriate.

## The skills you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and data management best practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Boomi is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein, and exposure to AI integration concepts, is a plus.

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
