  • Support client arrival, departure, and drop-off procedures, including verifying appropriate caregiver information and ensuring clients are released only to authorized caregivers.
  • Follow center check-in and safety procedures for employees, visitors, and guests.
  • Collect, distribute, and organize incoming mail and other center correspondence.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and distributing documents, including insurance provider checks and other time-sensitive materials.

  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Coordinate with building management, maintenance, telecommunications, internet, and printer/copier service providers to address office needs.
  • Monitor and report office safety or facility concerns, including maintaining appropriate records related to office keys and safety equipment.
  • Ensure required safety posters, HR materials, and other center resources are properly displayed and maintained.
  • Support center safety audits and compliance activities related to funding sources and organizational requirements.
  • Understand and follow emergency procedures and assist with the implementation of emergency protocols when needed.
  • Coordinate center events and meetings, including staff meetings and other onsite activities.
  • Assist with post-office errands and other tasks necessary to support daily center operations.
  • Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional center environment for clients, families, and employees.
