Supervisor de Almacén

Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Almacén.

## What you’ll do:

Job summary

Responsible for receiving, Shipping and Logistics, Warehouse and materials management keeping and distribution materials according to RFP requirements while preserving the integrity of the materials. Perform all activities according to the Eaton Ethics values.

Job responsibilities

The position will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities to support the organization development, all Training initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting substantial business growth as well as comply with the requirements by ISO/TS, OpA, Lean initiatives, 5's, STPS regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Execute and follow up the raw material issuances to the shop floor according to the production plan with the aim to meet OTD, Sales and Past due goals.

• Ensure work load balancing between warehouse staff and report productivity.

• Ensure the complete execution of the flow material documented procedure by the staff of the area. (REF DOC). Keeping the correct entry to the MFGPRO system for the correct location in the warehouse.

• Supervise the personnel in the warehouse, receiving and Shipping area.

• Support to the physical inventory as required.

• Ensure the execution of the Material Handling documented procedures (REF DOC).

• Ensure warehouse areas complies with all requirements for Chemical sustances when applies. [MSDS/HAZMAT].

• Oversee the actvities for the forklift drivers, pallet jacks, material handlers from the warehouse area.

• Ensure the physical files for cycle counts/root cause analisis sheet, scrap tickets and obsoletes (when apply) are correctly ordered in a systematic and timely manner.

• Follow up critical/urgent materials.

• Follow up and immediate scalation with the involved departments when any materials with issues by system or logistic avoid the continuos materials flow.

## ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keeping the on hands Inventory updated by cycle counting periodically and ERP Health assessment.

• Ensure the workplace safety conditions in the infrastruture of the area such as racks conditions, maximun stack, forklifts, etc; as well to ensure the people works or visit the area compllies with the EPP requirements as the MESH procedures stablished.

• Ensure the compliance of the safety rules for the forklift drivers as well as the correct usage of the equipment to lift the different materials in the whole plant.

• Motivates and coaches employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

• Support Shipping Clerk to organize Critical Shipments. Maintain contact to solve issues within Hidalgo’s warehouse.

• Maintain tracking of Premium Freight and keep it under control(Set Targets).

• Support Receiving Clerk and ensure the proper process are in place for all Receiving activity.

• Effectively confronts employee performance and behavioral issues. Holds employees accountable with immediate feedback when desired behaviors and expectations are not being achieved.

## Qualifications:

Education level required

Completed Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years and area of experience required

3 to 5 years experience / 3 years of experience as Supervisor in Receiving, Shipping & Warehousing area in the same industry sector (Desirable)

Intermediate - Advanced English level. Must be able to communicate effectively through email, participate in cross-functional meetings, and lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical knowledge

Bilingual English/Spanish, Intermediate-Advanced in Excel, able to develop spread sheets, Experience in the forklift safety and maintenance, Experience Coordinating Physical Inventory
