Commercial Product Manager – Audit Workflow Software
Asia Pacific · Based in Sydney
We’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market for our external audit workflow solutions including CCH iFirm Engagement across APAC. You’ll join a growing bench of Commercial Product Managers across our business, who made this exact move from Big 4 and mid-tier firms before you.

What you’ll do
- Own the commercial strategy, roadmap and go-to-market for our audit and workflow portfolio.
- Meet with audit partners and firms to translate real workflow pain into product decisions
- Track audit methodology, assurance technology, automation and regional regulatory shifts.
- Build compelling value propositions and revenue growth plans — pricing, acquisition, retention, cross-sell.
- Partner with engineering, UX and product owners to prioritize what matters most.
- Be the internal and external voice of the customer, and the go-to expert on audit and firm workflow.
What you’ll bring
- 3–5+ years in external audit & assurance experience - ideally from a Big 4 or leading mid-tier firm.
- Hands-on knowledge of audit engagement workflows and the operational reality of running a firm.
- Strong commercial instincts and genuine curiosity about technology, SaaS and automation.
- Confidence in front of partners, customers and senior stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
- Product management experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we’ll teach you the product craft if you bring the domain expertise and commercial drive.
