Communications & Executive Programs Specialist

You will:  

• Craft engaging executive presentations, reports, and materials for our internal teams.
• Turn complex ideas and data into clear, polished narratives that resonate with our internal audiences.
• Be a key player in supporting leadership initiatives with structure, follow-through, and a keen eye for detail.
• Help us stay ahead by supporting market and competitive research that informs our executive decision-making.
• Gather, synthesize, and summarize research findings into insightful, executive-ready insights.
• Assist our leadership and internal teams with fact-finding, landscape overviews, and ad hoc analysis to drive success.
• Lead exciting employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, onboarding communications, wellness programs, recognition efforts, and culture-building campaigns!
• Draft friendly internal communications on behalf of our leadership, including announcements and updates on initiatives.
• Manage and enhance the E Tech Group intranet, focusing on content creation and improving usability for everyone.
• Support change management and help roll out new initiatives across all corporate departments with enthusiasm!
• Analyze the effectiveness of our internal communications and employee engagement metrics to continually improve.
• Assist in reporting and analyzing employee survey results and feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. 

  

You have:  

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, marketing, research, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, research, and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize information into clear, executive-ready insights
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities
• Comfort working directly with senior leaders
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. 

 

You may have:

• Experience leading exciting company-wide initiatives, engaging organizational communications, and effective change management efforts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, and influence skills that make collaboration a breeze!
• Experience in analyzing employee engagement, surveys, and communication or organizational effectiveness data to drive positive change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, and reporting/analytics platforms to enhance productivity.
• Experience planning and executing inspiring executive meetings, leadership events, and company-wide programs that bring everyone together.
